Accountants who actually like new businesses.

We know. Weird. But we'd rather work with a founder figuring it out as they go than a company that's been doing the same thing since 1987.

Why we exist

Most accounting firms are built for established businesses. New businesses get squeezed in: slow email replies, hourly bills that punish questions, and advice that assumes you already have a CFO.

TEO is built the other way around. We work with founders from their first sale, set up the books right before bad habits form, and stick around as the business grows. Bookkeeping when you need bookkeeping. Accounting when the numbers need to be right. Advisory when the decisions get bigger.

We're based in St. George, Utah, and we want to be part of the business scene here. But we work with clients anywhere. Everything runs through Slack anyway.

Why "TEO"?

터 (teo) is Korean for ground, the site something gets built on. That's the job: the solid layer under your business so you can build on top of it.

It's also why our guinea pig sits on a stack of rock layers. He's the foundation. Well, he's standing on it. Close enough.

How we work

💬

Slack over email

You shouldn't have to schedule a meeting to ask if something is deductible. Ask in the channel. We answer like teammates.

🧾

Flat, honest pricing

One monthly price based on your accounts, not a stopwatch. You will never get billed for "a quick question."

🗣️

Plain English

If we can't explain it without jargon, we don't understand it well enough. Your P&L should make sense to you.

📅

Month to month

No long contracts. If we're not worth it, you shouldn't be stuck with us.
