How it works
Send us the year
If we already do your books, we have it. If not, we'll get access to your accounting software and bank statements.
We prepare it, twice
Every return is prepared and then reviewed by a second preparer before you see it.
K-1s go out on time
Partners and shareholders get their K-1s so their personal returns aren't stuck waiting on yours.
Add-ons
For when you need a little more than a return.
S-corp reasonable comp
$300A documented, defensible salary number for your S-corp.
Tax meeting
$300A dedicated meeting to plan, ask questions, or sanity-check a big decision before you make it.
Amended return
$600Fixing a prior-year business return, ours or someone else's.
Business tax questions
Isn't this covered by my monthly plan?
No. Monthly plans cover bookkeeping and accounting. Business returns are separate, so you only pay for them once a year.
Which one do I need?
Business if you just need the return filed. Premium Business if you want three planning meetings across the year so the return isn't the first time you think about taxes.
What if I'm a single-member LLC?
Single-member LLCs usually report on your personal return (Schedule C), so check out our individual tax returns instead.
What's due when?
Partnership and S-corp returns are due March 15 for calendar-year businesses, a month before personal returns. Extensions are available.
What does "audit & IRS notice support" mean?
If the IRS or your state sends a letter about a return we prepared, send it to us. We'll figure out what they want and respond.
Get the return off your plate.
Tell us what you've got going on and we'll point you to the right one.
